UN Colombia Mission Scandals of Sleeping Way Up Now of Manuela De Luca Cover Up

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

UN GATE, Feb 4 – How corrupt is today's UN under Antonio Guterres? Today's follow up is yet once again on his mission in Colombia, about which his spokespeople Stephane Dujarric and Melissa Fleming refuse all Press questions. Inner City Press has asked them, and others, about the newest sex abuse case against the UN there. Now this, from a UN whistleblower sent to Inner City Press:

Dear Matthew Russell Lee,

It is time to freshen up the information on UNVMC. Your readers may want to read about (fresh?) characters who have not been given the enough spotlight  they crave for. They've been timid in their media apparitions and it is time to have them shine on stage.

Take Manuela de Luca, on the one hand, who clearly had an expectation to become CMS after the retirement of the incumbent in 2023. The question is, why the expectation? Could it be because of the recommendation letter she asked the President of the FSU to send? What kind of an FSU President is this to start with? Who lacks subject matter knowledge or dignity  and is willing to use his position to favor a particular staff member leaving many others behind. Which secret deals are there between these two? Why is he protecting her and not the many international staff bullied and abused by her? Mr. Dawoh is currently in VMC... will he issue a report victimizing her now that more victims of hers have decided to speak up and are raising cases against her? Is this a way to mimic the visit by another FSU President who at the time went there to fact check her abuse and she conveniently had gone on leave? We will have more on Mr. Dawoh soon

What's more, Manuela De Luca was using her own daughter (another victim of hers but we will have more on this story soon, too) to bully and harass Josefa Esteve's daughter as both girls attended the same school. Ms. Esteve, a former direct report of Ms. De Luca had to leave UNVMC and return to being a national staff  in hopes of reversing and healing from the damage

One cannot help but think, what is the FSU doing apart from issuing recommendation letters to white European privileged women? What about the rest? Mr. Dawoh, stop spending our contributions in tours around the world and document what is really happening!    Is Manuela De Luca trying to replicate the chaos she created in UNMIK? (No need to answer, it's a rethorical question!).  Smearing others, bullying, gaslighting, spreading false rumors, sidelining competent and capable females, and ultimately "threatening with her lawyers" are among her shenanigans. Why isn't the SG doing anything about individuals like this?

[Because he is corrupt / a censor]

Is there hope for the UN?

[Not presently]

 Thank you, Inner City Press!!

We'll have more on all this. Keep the info coming.
