UN GATE,
Jan 27 – How corrupt is
today's UN under Antonio
Guterres? Today's follow up,
the first but certainly not
last, is yet again on his
mission in Colombia, about
which his spokespeople
Stephane Dujarric and Melissa
Fleming refuse all Press
questions. Inner City Press
has asked them, and others,
about the newest sex abuse
case against the UN there. Now
this, from UN whistleblowers
through Inner City Press:
Dear Matthew Russell Lee, please publish:
SRSG Ruiz Massieu,
We know your secretary, Loreto Ferrer,
filters your emails and controls your
schedule to suit her and her friends.
So, we are counting on Inner City
Press to get this message to you.
It is time for an investigation
of the many women who have been chased
out of the mission, undermined and
sabotaged by you as SRSG. Many of them
have been able to move out to better
positions yet it is unclear how
deep your involvement was in the
attack against Manuela De
Luca.
Think back to when the false
accusations began. Who let Spanish
national Josefa Estevez into your
office with unfounded allegations that
remain unproven to this day? You
allowed an investigation based on this
and on the claims of Thair Al Tikriti,
known for multiple investigations
against him for fraud and sexual
harassment.
Then there are the false accusations
from national staff, known for being
an incompetent administrative
assistant to Erich Ball and Yang Wang,
whose greatest achievement was
accusing Manuela of gossip that
existed before her time. This helped
the case against her, favoring his
girlfriend Jessica Gomez to get on the
good side of the wicked Mar
Brusola. A now-public complaint,
thanks to Inner City Press...
It is time to change the
focus from the corruption of Brusola
to the corruption inside your office.
It is time for you to be held
responsible for the crimes committed
by you and your team.
We'll have
more on all this. Keep the info
coming.
