UN Scam As Guterres Refuses eSwatini Qs from Inner City Press He Bans Now Spox Canned Statement

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

UN GATE / SDNY COURT, Sept 30 –   The United Nations under SG Antonio Guterres turns people into thieves and censors.

Today's example is eSwatini. On both October 14 and October 15, Inner City Press asked Guterres and each of his spokespeople about the crackdown there. No answer at all. Now on October 18, Spokesman Dujarric read out a canned statement: "The Secretary-General is following with concern the ongoing developments in Eswatini, including the recent deployment of armed security forces at various schools, reports of excessive use of force in response to student demonstrations, and the indefinite closure of schools. This affects adversely children and young people.     The Secretary-General reiterates the importance of enabling the people of Eswatini to exercise their civil and political rights peacefully. He urges the Government to ensure that security forces act in conformity with relevant international human rights standards, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.     The Secretary-General condemns all acts of violence and urges all parties and the media to refrain from disinformation" --

This while Guterres refuses to answer Press questions about these situations, contributing to disinformation. He and Melissa Fleming are frauds. No answer to Quinn Emanuel letter.

Previous example: Stephanie Tremblay. On September 30 she got paid, over-paid some say, to be the UN's spokesperson.

She held the UN noon briefing and pretended to answer all questions posed. But she didn't, not then and not in the hours after.

Stephanie Tremblay lied.

Inner City Press emailed to tremblay [at] un.org, her email address listed on the Office of the Spokesperson's website, a number of written questions, including about a newly data-dumped case of child rape by a UN "peacekeeper" from Peru in Central African Republic, about Nigeria, Igboho and Nmadi Kanu, Cameroon, Honduras, Burma, a Taliban case in SDNY - and no answer.   Not during the briefing, and not afterwards.

Tremblay's refusal to respond in any way to the factual question about the UN's own data line about child rape by Peruvian peacekeeper in CAR is particularly ironic, or ghoulish, in the Tremblay worked for and was paid by the UN Office of Children and Armed Conflict.

Inner City Press to be fair waited. And waited. Nothing.

This is simply stealing public money, particularly given the polite letter from the Quinn Emanuel law firm sent in July to the UN's Melissa Fleming and the UN's partners. No answers, though receipted was confirmed here.

And note that Stephanie Tremblay's boss Stephane Dujarric said, on camera, "We continue to answer e-mailed questions from Mr Lee/ Inner City Press," here.

This is censorship - and theft. We'll have more, much more, on this - as long as it takes. Watch this site.
