UN system under Antonio
Guterres? Today we turn once
again to UNIDO:

The United Nations is ensnared in a
maelstrom following revelations of
transnational embezzlement led by Ygor
Scarcia. Somali whistleblowers allege Scarcia
diverted $800,000 in UNDP funds through Somali
banks-

naming only Gerd Müller: "the
story began with an email in July
2023. Unido officials were
actually about to transfer
€687,000 to a Somali bank. The
proceeds were to be used to grant
loans according to "the principles
