UN GATE / SDNY COURT, May 19 – The United Nations under SG Antonio Guterres turns people into thieves and censors.

This week's example in Stephanie Tremblay. Back on September 30, 2021 she got paid, over-paid some say, to be the UN's spokesperson.

She held the UN noon briefing and pretended to answer all questions posed. But she didn't, not then and not in the hours and now months after.

Stephanie Tremblay lied.  

Jump cut to May 19, 2023, Tremblay filling in for Dujarric and Farhan Haq, and buzzing about Bee Day while refusing all Press questions including: "Immediately provide all if-asked information about the new Sexual Exploitation and Abuse cases data dumped on the UN's website, charges against South Afircan and Nepalese peacekeepers -what if anything was done for victims? What accountability if any has there been? And why does Guterres not answer, when even Ban Ki-moon's administration did?  Again, on deadline, what is the response of SG Guterres, and role of DSG Amina J. Mohammed, on the staff complaint against Pramila Patten?" No answer. Watch this site.

Back on December 5, 2022, after Inner City Press was told on December 2 it is "banned" by UN Security but that there is an appeals process, Tremblay received but did not answer on whatw that appeals process is.
 Inner City Press emailed to tremblay [at] un.org:

"immediately explain both the basis for UN Security at 801 1st Ave on the morning of Dec 2 tell me I am "banned" from entering the UN despite confirmed invitation to UN PGA Town Hall, and (2) the "appeals" process that DSS told PGA Spokesperson about to, conveyed to me.   Audio - 2:20 min version  Full 7 minutes  

What is the "Inspections Unit" and "Police Chief" email address an appellee is to write to? Why did USG Fleming not respond to the July 2021 Quinn Emanuel letter with information about this appeals process, if it exists? How many people are on the UN's "banned" list? On what bases? On deadline. 

No answer, but took money. This is pure censorship.

This is simply stealing public money, particularly given the polite letter from the Quinn Emanuel law firm sent in July to the UN's Melissa Fleming and the UN's partners - which will sell access to Guterres on December 9 by Wall Street, Kate Hudson by the Hudson, here. No answers, though receiptwas confirmed here.

And note that Stephanie Tremblay's boss Stephane Dujarric said, on camera, "We continue to answer e-mailed questions from Mr Lee/ Inner City Press," here.

This is censorship - and theft. We'll have more, much more, on this - as long as it takes. Watch this site.
