Nurse Freed on Child Porn Charges As
Partner Puts Up $5000 Can Have Cell Phone

Dec 31 – Kaiser Oakland nurse
Shawn Jamison Prichard was
arrested on December 9 in
Antioch, California on child
pornography charges. On
December 22 the case went
Federal, under 18 U.S.Code §
2252.
On
December 31 a detention
hearing was held by U.S.
District Court for the
Northern District of
California Magistrate Judge
Susan van Keulen. Inner City

The US
Attorney's Office, which
issued a press
release about the case
on December 24, on December 31
indicated that Prichard could
be released if his partner
Jeffrey Kwan put up $5,000
toward the $50,000 bond.
Prichard
will have access to one smart
phone or devise, monitored by
Pre-Trial Services. He is
prohibited from having contact
with minors outside the
presence of their parents or
guardians, except for
cashiers, waiters or
"ticket-sellers." Inner City

The origin, we
have found: on October
18, 2020 Facebook sent a
cybertip (CyberTip # 81550816)
to NCMEC related to the
discovery of child pornography
in Instagram account jediblr.
Prior to submitting the
report, a Facebook employee
had previously reviewed the
images and the discovery of
the files in this incident had
been made because the files
matched hash values with known
child pornography files. IP
address
2601:644:4481:24e0:847c:2834:aad5:103
was used on or about October
17, 2020 by the user at
approximately 1609 hours to
distribute the child
pornography via social media
messaging
then the files
are described
