SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 11 – A securities lawsuit
against CBS for misleading
investors about Les Moonves'
sexual harassment is moving
toward settlement.
On May 11, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Valerie E.
Caproni held a conference.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge
Caproni suggested additional
language for the notice, and
ordered that the parties file
with Supplemental Agreement by
May 13 - under seal.
It appears that
the fairness hearing will be
on November 3.
The case is
Samit v. CBS Corporation et
al., 18-cv-7796 (Caproni)
