EXCLUSIVE, Dec 1 - In
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York on December 1, a guilty
plea was taken by District
Judge John P. Cronan from a
man charged with selling
crack, who may or may not be a
career offender.
That
determination is have a large
impact on the sentencing
guidelines, either 57 months -
or 188 months. Even with that
uncertainty, and with family /
supporters in the courtroom,
he pleaded guilty.
The AUSA said
they have pole camera video.
There was discussion of Judge
Cronan's recent isomer
decision, which Inner City
Press first covered and which
is on appeal. The sentencing
is set for March 3, 2023 at 10
am.
