Nov 19 – K & S Produce
sued Won Jin Gourmet
Corporation under the
Perishable Agricultural
Commodities Act.
On February
19, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press

Alleged is
a failure to maintain a PACA
Trust - and to pay.
Judge
Koeltl referred the case to
SDNY Magistrate Judge Kevin N.
Fox for an attempt to settle.
