Jan 5 – Ulku Rowe sued Google
LLC for gender discrimination
and
retaliation.
On January
5 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.

There was
discussion of who exactly made
the decisions at Google: Tariq
Shaukat? Sara Tomezsko? Or
Diane Greene, the CEO of
Cloud? There was also Brian
Stevens, who co-ran the Office
of the CTO, called OCTO.
On January
5 the application for a
protective order with respect
to the deposition of Diane
Greene was granted.
