By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell Book
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 6 – Michael Menzies was working for the Long Island Railroad Company when his elbow was injured on May 24, 2018.

On January 6, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a final pre-trial conference. Inner City Press covered it.

LIRR said the jury must hear that Menzies has another job. The trail begins Monday, January 10 in SDNY Courtroom 24A.

Judge Koeltl says the jury will sit 9:30 to 1, and 2 to 4:30, with each side getting four hours.

The case is Menzies v. Long Island Railroad Company, 19-cv-11235 (Koeltl)
