Hartford Life Is Sued For Not Paying Son For Deceased Mother so Proposed Findings of Fact

SDNY COURTHOUSE, August 13 – Thomas R. and his guardian Gino F. sued Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company under ERISA for not paying Thomas as beneficiary of his deceased mother, Tara R..

 On August 12, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John G. Koeltl held a  proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.  

At issue is $125,000. Judge Koeltl directed the parties to submit their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law; each sides will have a week to oppose the other's submissions.

The case is Thomas R. et al v. Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company, 21-cv-1388 (Koeltl)
