SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 19 – The U.S. Attorney's
Office for the Southern
District of New York at 5:30
pm on August 19 "announced the
indictment and arrest today of
YOEL ABRAHAM, HESHL ABRAHAM,
ZISHE ABRAHAM, and SHMUEL
ABRAHAM, who are brothers, on
charges of engaging in a
scheme to systematically
defraud Amazon.com, LLC,
('Amazon'), an online retailer
and e-commerce platform.
Through the course of the
scheme, the defendants
manipulated Amazon’s vendor
system in attempts to
fraudulently induce Amazon to
pay for goods that Amazon had
not ordered. In
executing the scheme, the
defendants fraudulently
attempted to obtain at least
approximately $32 million and
successfully obtained at least
approximately $19
million. YOEL ABRAHAM,
HESHL ABRAHAM, ZISHE ABRAHAM,
and SHMUEL ABRAHAM were
arrested this morning and will
be presented and arraigned
later today before U.S.
District Judge Ronnie Abrams,
to whom the case is assigned."

Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron that Yoel Abraham and
his retained (paid) lawyer
appeared, at 6 pm. Inner City

New Jersey. I find that
agreed up condition are
conditions will reasonably
assure defendant's presence at
future court appearances. Aug

Judge Aaron: If
you fail to appear in court a
warrant will be issued for
your arrest. Anything
else?

time until August 26. Defense
does not object. Adjourned.
It
was said that another of the
co-defendants was also
presented, in the afternoon,
before Magistrate Judge Aaron.
The case is US v.
Abraham, et al., 20-cr-411
(Abrams / Aaron).
