By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell book
BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial book - NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 8 – Yvelisse Cabrera sued Bronx-based Anyelisa Rest. Corp. d/b/a Justine Restaurant for not paying overtime.

On November 1, 2022, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The defendants did not show up. Judge Liman suggested that default papers be filed.

Following some discussion, after the conference a certificate of default was filed.

There is another conference on December 8 at noon that "may be converted to a hearing on the motion for default judgment."

The case is Cabrera v. Anyelisa Rest. Corp. d/b/a Justine Restaurant et al., 22-cv-6349 (Liman)
