SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Wayne Morgan is
charged with a shooting in The
Bronx on August 31, 2020 -
and, federally, as being a
felon in possession.
On November
2, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held his arraignment, on
CourtCall. Inner City Press

The
Complaint, complete with two
photos, describes the
shooting. Morgan pleaded not
guilty. He's been informed of
his rights under the Due
Process Protections Act, and
Rule 5(f).
