Five Women Prisoners Sued NYS Which Then Delays So SDNY Judge Abrams Calls AG Out

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - ESPN

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 29 – Five women sued New York State prisons in February for sexual assault.

On October 29 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Ronnie Abrams held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The state's attorney was still talking about reviewing for any conflict of interest.

Judge Abrams to her credit asked, What have you been doing since May? Should we have some other NYAG representative here?

The lawyer back pedaled, saying he will check with his colleagues.

Judge Abrams said she is going to be moving the case forward, aggressively.

It is Stone #1 et al v. Annucci et al, 20-cv-1326 (Abrams)
