SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 13– In a multi-defendants heroin and fentanyl conspiracy case about 501 East 167th Street in Washington Heights, yet another defendant was presented on January 3, 2020 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates Court.

He was Victor Hidalgo, and he has a bachelors degree in business administration. He told SDNY Magistrate Judge Steward D. Aaron that he has never taken drugs. But based on the weight of drugs he is charged with conspiring to sell, he faces a guideline of 262 to 326 months, with a 60 month mandatory minimum in his plea agreement.

Now in the same overall case, a sentencing by SDNY Judge Colleen McMahon: PEDRO VICIOSO DE LIMA, a/k/a “Pep,” a/k/a “Pepo,” was sentenced today in Manhattan federal court to 180 months in prison for leading a drug trafficking organization that was responsible for dealing fentanyl-laced heroin that has been tied to multiple suspected fatal and nonfatal overdoses."

The case is US v. De Lima, 18-cr-802 (McMahon).
