SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 27 – Daquan Anderson is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a Jimenez Arms JA Nine,
9mm caliber pistol, serial
number
333286.
On May 27,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil held a
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
The government
says it has surveillance video
from 1140 Burke Avenue, and
describes an orthopedic boot
shown on FaceTime.
Judge
Vyskocil said motions, if any,
should be made three weeks
after discovery is produced.
She said she would put in a
request for a trial in the
fourth quarter of 2021.
