SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 10 – Hasanae Kirby is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm.
The complaint
says the Marshals found it
when they executed a search
warrant on his apartment in
The Bronx on October 29, 2020.
The gun was reported stolen in
West Virginia in
2015.
On March
10, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Alison J.
Nathan held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered

The case is
moving fast, or could. Judge
Nathan told the parties she
would be asking for a trial
date, presumably from the
District's Ad Hoc Committee on
the Resumption of Jury Trials.
