Bleecker Street Jeweler Is Sued For Lack of Wheelchair Access Next Date Feb 11

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Dec 14 –   Luigi Girotto, in a wheelchair, has sued Mario Laz Jewelry on Bleecker State in Manhattan for lack of accessibility.       

    On December 14, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge J. Paul Oetken held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.  

The parties had submitted a proposed case management plan with initial disclosures due January 14, 2022.

Judge Oetken said he would not be signing the plan at this point, asked for an updated proposed scheduling order or status letter by February 11.

The case is  Girotto v. La Vie Bobo, LLC et al., 21-cv-2507 (Oetken)
