SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 – Billy's at the
Stadium, a restaurant on River
Avenue in The Bronx across
from Yankee Stadium, has been
sued for not paying
overtime.
On August
23, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Stuart D. Aaron held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Aaron
approved the parties' case
management plan and added a
joint letter regarding the
status of discovery, due
October 11. It is to be trial
ready by December 31, 2022.
