July 19 – Jhon Jairo Cid
Hurtado sued Hudson Fulton
Corp. and its Indian Road Cafe
at 600 West 218th Street in
Inwood in Upper Manhattan for
not paying overtime.
On July 18,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Cave
said that fact discovery is
due by November 23, with a
conference before that at
October 12 at 2 pm. It is to
be ready for trial by January
31, 2023.
The case is Cid
