In ADA Access Case Judge Nathan Holds Telephone Conference Says Next in 2 Months

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 6 –  Kiran Vuppala sued 152 Seventh Avenue LLC for maintain a premises inaccessible to people in wheelchairs.

   On January 21, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Alison J. Nathan held a proceeding (with a call-in phone line, which Judge Nathan denied Inner City Press' request for in US v. Ghislaine Maxwell.)

Inner City Press covered it case, like Maxwell.    During the conference the plaintiff committed to filing an amended complaint - and did so, just afterward. It also names Sana K Corp a/k/a Keratinbar Chelsea NYC.

Judge Nathan said she would pick another conference date in two months' time. But will she be on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals by then?

This case is  Vuppala v. Keratinbar Inc. et al., 21-cv-428 (Nathan)
