agency NISS
ordered a UN
humanitarian
staffer to
leave El
Fasher in
North Darfur,

"harassed"
her, ordering
her to return
to El Fasher
and
"apologize" to
a NISS
official
there.
Ultimately she
left Sudan.
Nothing was
said, as with
an earlier
