UN GATE, Oct 30 – In the United Nations from which SG Antonio Guterres has banned Inner City Press 847 days for asking about his complicity in the killing of civilians in Cameroon and their mass imprisonment by China in Xinjiang, on September 1 Inner City Press wrote to the Niger Mission, as incoming UN Security Council president, with questions about Cameroon, Somalia and UNsexploitation.

 The email address on the Niger Mission's UN web page did not work; it bounced back. A Direct Message on Twitter to @Niger_ONU was not answered.

  And now as the UN closes down for COVID spread multiple sources told Inner City Press it is the Niger Mission. Inner City Press was the first to report this. And also, Guterres' sleazy plan to evade quarantine, even now, and spread it to Boston.

   The United Nations General Assembly in New York was closed on October 27 as at least five members on a member state's mission have tested positive for COVID-19, letter first tweeted by Inner City Press here and below.

 Now at 4:42 pm on October 30, this - just in time for Guterres? "SECURITY BROADCAST New York Fri 10/30/2020 4:22 PM           To: Broadcast - UNHQ NY Secretariat; Broadcast - Agencies, Funds and Programmes Dear Colleagues,      Further to the messages issued on 27 October, this is to inform you that UN Medical Services have conducted and finalized the tracing of cases and close contacts of the infections reported earlier this week with full cooperation of relevant Permanent Missions. Those individuals who were identified as being in close contact with the infected individual on United Nations premises have been advised to quarantine for a period of 14 days and to closely monitor any changes to their health conditions. They have been provided PCR tests under the UNHQ testing programme. As an extra measure of precaution, DHMOSH has also offered viral PCR testing to all delegates and personnel present at the meeting in question.       Of note as well, as part of our regular practice, all conference and meetings rooms have been sanitized since the reported incident earlier this week.     Consequently, guided by the medical advice, the onsite in-person meetings will resume as of Monday, 2 November 2020. As per usual practice for Phase Two, the Secretariat will continue to assess future meeting requests and be guided by medical advice to ensure the safety of all participants. In achieving this objective, the Secretariat will continue to work with Member States to ensure that in-person meetings are conducted in the safest possible manner.     For meetings taking place on-site, and in order to minimize risks associated with indoor gatherings, all personnel and delegates are expected to wear face coverings at all times when in public spaces and common areas and to maintain 2m physical distancing in order to keep themselves and others as safe as possible from contracting the COVID-19 virus and prevent our premises from becoming a hub for the spread of the Coronavirus. Additionally, by swiping their valid United Nations identification card upon entering the United Nations Headquarters premises, delegates and personnel will confirm that they meet the following requirements:  • No COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days;  • No positive COVID-19 test in the past 14 days; and  • No close contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in the past 14 days.     As indicated, the health and safety of personnel and delegates continues to be our number one priority.  It is surmised that Guterres, ever selfish, still wants to slip away to Boston and meet a plane from Lisbon this coming weekend. As if Massachusetts should let him in without quarantining there?

Inner City Press on October 27 asked, in writing: "Immediately explain SG Guterres' statement to FOSS that the UN Conference Rooms do not effectively circulate air and state whether Guterres is still going to Massachusetts to meet a plane from Portugal in 10 days, and if so who is paying (and for the two Portuguese hotels he mentioned to FOSS)  NOW - explain why when the PGA closes the GA due to COVID outbreak in a mission on the UNSC, the Secretariat of Guterres says nothing, goes forward. Is Guterres STILL planning to travel / spread to Massachusetts? On deadline."

No answer. Instead, maskless spokesman Dujarric said it is not taking temperatures. But NYC businesses, and the SDNY courthouse, do it. Is the UN of Melissa Fleming spreading dis-information? Then they send this to staff, from a head of Security who never answered on his goons including Ronald E. Dobbins beating up the Press: "SECURITY BROADCAST New York Tue 10/27/2020 12:09 PM  To: Broadcast - UNHQ NY Secretariat; Broadcast - Agencies, Funds and Programmes Dear Colleagues,   Yesterday, we were informed that several members of a Permanent Mission have tested positive for COVID-19. One of the cases may have accessed the General Assembly building at the end of last week. The UN Medical Service immediately initiated contact tracing with the full cooperation of the Permanent Mission.   In-person meetings of the General Assembly bodies have been suspended for today until the contact tracing can be finalized and further recommendations can be issued.   For staff members exhibiting symptoms, testing for COVID-19 can be arranged by contacting the UN HQ Clinic on 212 963 7090. DHMOSH has access to its own mobile COVID-19 test capacity, enabling samples to be taken in the home usually with next day results.   Best regards, USG Gilles Michaud, UNDSS Chair of the Crisis Operations Group." Total fraud. The UN should leave NYC - and the US.

"Following information from the Secretariat regarding five COVID infections at a Mission of a Member State, the advice of the Medical Unit is to cancel in-person meetings at UNHQ tomorrow, Tuesday 27 October, pending contact tracing. Accordingly, after consulting the Main Committee Chairs, and in light of the need to safeguard public health, all in-person meetings of the Main Committees of the General Assembly tomorrow are cancelled."

  This is the UN whose Secretary General Antonio Guterres, a week ago bragged about evading quarantine, video here. This while his spokesman Stephane Dujarric briefing maskless in a windowless room, five feet from equally maskless correspondents from Al Jazeera and other state media, here. Their UN should leave New York.

This as Sani I. Mahamadou, Deputy Chief of Staff to Niger's president, bragged online of a "Very big day for Niger, who begins his month of presidency of the United Nations Security Council." They're off to a terrible start.

  Apparently Niger PR Abdou Abarry could only handle questions from pre-screened in-house correspondents, one of whose media has no story by her since 2017, another with no stories at all, at least one - actually, more -- a repeated #MeToo violator. Periscope here.

 Niger has not said a word about the slaughter in Cameroon, nor about the UN Peacekeeping sexploitation exposed by Inner City Press.

  The Program belatedly went up - with countries on which Niger ignored and censored questions: Myanmar, Somalia, where UNMAS sent local staff to be killed, and Colombia and South Sudan. There will be Francophonie on September 8. We have now written directly to the Mission's 404 spokesman - and will have more on this.

When Guterres' spokes- / hatchetman Stephane Dujarric holds his noon briefings this month while refusing all questions from Inner City Press despite an on camera promise. And Indonesia? We'll report.
