As UN Guterres Covers Up Sex Abuse By Mauritania Blue Helmets Bachelet Spox Pontificates

By Matthew Russell Lee, Video here, Vine here

UN GATE, Nov 8 -- Stephane Dujarric, the lead spokesman of UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, and now Guterres' Global Communicator Melissa Fleming have joined their boss in personally covering up child rapes and sexual abuse by UN personnel, including recently sexual abuse by a UN "peacekeepers" from Mauritania.

Inner City Press immediately in writing asked Guterres, Fleming and Dujarric, copy UN human rights rapporteur David Kaye, for the if-asked information that the UN has about such cases. Despite Fleming's Department's written commitment to Kaye, no information has been provided. This is Guterres covering up rapes.

Now this: from Geneva, Guterres' faux human rights commissioner Michelle Bachelet through spokesman Rupert Colville on November 8 said, "Mauritania does not have a law to prevent gender-based violence. On two occasions, a draft law presented to the Parliament has been rejected. We urge the Mauritanian Parliament to urgently relaunch the discussion on the draft bill and to adopt as soon as possible legislation that complies with human rights standards, including a clear definition of rape and other forms of sexual violence.... In this context, we would like to highlight that this year’s 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence focuses on rape. The campaigns, which is a grassroots initiative supported by the UN, runs from 25 November, which is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, until 10 December, Human Rights Day."

So the UN *knows* Mauritania peacekeepers it sends out to rape victims will never be held accountable - there is no law in Mauritania. This makes the UN sending these soldiers out not only irresponsible but criminal. Yet Colville and Bachelet, who rather than standing up in any way to Guterres' censorship of press have supported it, in Colville's case by attacking the Press in a press release defending China, try to use this to promote some UN "Week."

By that week will Guterres' criminal use of rapist soldiers have (been) ended? Will his ban on Inner City Press, now at 493 days while allowing in the scribes of blood splattered regimes, have (been) ended? We'll continue on this. The UN has gone criminal.

(Bachelet's office in Honduras, which to cover up Guterres' acceptance of and bragging about El Chapo's money by way of Honduras president JOH, has refused to even acknowledge receipt from Inner City Press of questions and formal request to be emailed copies of the office's quiet human rights statements. Taxpayers' money at work, committing fraud with narco-traffickers.)

Sent: "Inner City Press is asking in writing because banned from the noon briefings and any follow up questions, now for more than a year. On August 24 Inner City Press re-applied for admission to cover the UNGA high level week; on August 30 it was summarily rejected, with no or only Kafka-esque reasoning. This week, as before none of Inner City Press' written questions, including on Honduras and Cameroon, have been answered. This is a request that you immediately confirm receipt of these questions and requests. -Matthew Russell Lee, InnerCityPress.com"

A similar request was sent, without response yet but their knowledge confirmed as a matter of law, on more than 10 previous cases - enough to make out a criminal conspiracy pattern to among others: ag [at] un.org, dujarric [at] un.org, haqf [at] un.org,  David Kaye, amina.mohammed [at] un.org, marialuiza.viotti [at] un.org, jiang1 [at] un.org, melissa.fleming [at] un.org, gilles.michaud [at] un.org, pozenel [at] un.org, zoe.paxton [at] un.org, peter.reid [at] un.org - the communicator brought in from McKinsey with public money while Guterres said he had no money (this was prior to taking $50,000 in presumpively El Chapo's money from Honduras government of Juan Orlando Hernandez, UNanswered.)

There is also, data dumped on October 28 without if-asked information, another case of sexual exploitation by a South Africa "peacekeeper" in DRC, and unanswered DRC questions.

On the afternoon of October 21 the UN cursorily disclosed child rape and sexual exploitation by UN "peacekeepers" from South Africa, Indonesia, Mauritania and again Cameroon, in DRC and Central African Republic. Only the most scant information was provided and Inner City Press the same day and again the next day asked in writing for the if-asked information the UN has in its possession and provided to the Press even under Ban Ki-moon - but not under Guterres.

Now Guterres, his deputy Amina J. Mohammed, Dujarric and his deputy Farhan Haq, Melissa Fleming and others yet to be named have refused two days to answer or even acknowledge Press questions about their UN's new

And no answers, despite Dujarric's previous on camera commitment / lie about answering Inner City Press' questions. Video here.

Worse, Dujarric repeated and expanding on the lies on September 19, video here, claiming that Inner City Press is in touch with UN Media Accreditation - while Melissa Fleming has not answered a single letter and has banned the active Press - 83,000 Twitter followers and counting, covering the courts and #6ix9ine and Halkbank and OneCoin and Doe v. ICE and the Honduras narco regime Guterres also covers up for - from entering to cover the UNGA week.

   Guterres' UN sent this out:

"From: malu malu [at] un.org
Date: Fri, Aug 30, 2019 at 4:23 PM
Subject: U.N. eAccreditation request for Matthew Lee Ref # M5413398 has been declined
To: Inner City Press:

Greetings Matthew Lee from Inner City Press,  Your media accreditation request, with reference no: M5413398, has been declined for the following reason: Media accreditation was withdrawn on 17 August 2018."

This is Kafka-esque, and corrupt. We will have more, much more, on this.
