arguments on March 6, AUSA
Tarlow said that narco
trafficking had grown under
JOH. On March 7, out of the
hearing of the jury and for
then the Press, JOH's lawyer
Stabile said he'd heard
different overnight.
From who?
The
defendant's wife he said.
Was this
just a play for a mistrial?

concluded it was, and denied

Castel denied JOH's motion for

lawyer Stabile near midnight
asked for a 40 year sentence,
saying it is the minimum and
"Mr. Hernandez is 55 years
old, so a 40 year sentence
equals a life sentence for Mr.
Hernandez." But science...

including Ana Hernandez,
including "as the
professional of law that I am,
I have analyzed and studied
the shameful accusations that
the justice of your country
presented against an honorable
man like my husband Juan
Orlando and that have damaged
our family and our country. I
can assure you that in my
country Honduras, never ever
would accusations based on
gossip and lies more than
obvious that were prepared by
the prosecution for each
