Abrahams Charged With Defrauding Online
Retailer via VPNs Zishe Wants No Jail

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 24 – Four Abrahams are
charged with defrauding an
online retailer and e-commerce
platform for $19
million.
On October 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
As alleged, the
scheme involved over-shipping
and the use of VPNs.
On October 26,
2023 among others Yoel Abraham
pled guilty. On May 17, 2024
his lawyer asks for more time
to submit his sentencing memo,
with sentencing set for May
31.
On May 21, Yoel
Abraham asked for 18 months,
citing among other things "no
evidence of loss for purported
counterfeit goods"
On June 12, Zishe
Abraham asked for no jail
time, and to see Amazon's
underlying records.
