charged and immediately pled
guilty to wire fraud - misuse
of union funds for personal
gain - on April 11 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn. Inner City Press was

Dominic Coluccio, to wire
fraud. Judge: How old are you?
Coluccio: 75. I took all my
credits for a masters degree.
Judge: I assume you can read
English.
Coluccio: I can.
Judge: Have you
taken drugs in the last 24
hours?
Coluccio: I have
cancer, I suffer from anxiety,
depression [names pills]Judge:
Do these pill impact your
ability to understand today's
proceedings?
Coluccio: No.
Judge: Have you received a
copy of the information?
Coluccio: Yes. I waive the
public reading. Judge:
The plea agreement is for 21
to 27 months, forfeit $750,000
Judge: Tell me
what you did. Coluccio: I was
with the Probation Union, I
used their money to pay my
credit cards, and used UPOA
funds. For medical expenses
over the welfare fund's policy
limits. I understand I
violated the law. I regret it.
AUSA: Bank
wires through the SDNY were
used. Judge: I accept the
guilty plea.
