Kong
concerning

Then
Suning Sports

Limited and
Zhang Kangyang
intervened.
On March 8,
2023 U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Judge Jesse M.
Furman held
proceeding.

intervenors
argued that
the foreign
proceedings
are "not
adjudicative."
Judge
Furman, after
hearing about
and
distinguishing
cases before
SDNY Judges
Kaplan and
Castel,
granted a
motion by
intervenors to
stay - and
requested a
joint letter
by March 10.
