COURTHOUSE,
April 17 – Luis
Monsato-Germosen was brought
by US Marshals transport to
New York and "held in
safekeeping" overnight in the
MDC-Brooklyn jail before his
April 17 presentment before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag Court.
The VOSR
charged against him involve
destruction of U.S. property
worth over $1000.
He
consented to detention pending
seeing the still-assigned
District Judge, currently on
trial.
The case is US v.
Abassi, et al., 17-cr-662
