Feb 13 – At 1 pm on Thursday
it was announced that Danielle
Sassoon, the United States
Attorney for the Southern
District of New York announced
today the arrest of KEVIN FENG
GAO charged with bank fraud as
part of a scheme to steal $30
million intended as an
investment in Manhattan real
estate. GAO will be presented
today before U.S. Magistrate
Judge Stewart D. Aaron.

Attorney Sassoon had resigned,
rather than move to dismiss
the indictment of NYC Mayor
Eric Adams.
