FBI is Sued For Inaction on Epstein But Jane Does Cannot Proceed Anonymously in SDNY

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 30 – After the death of Jeffrey Epstein in the MCC jail, Virginia Giuffre, Annie Farmer and others pushed forward with civil litigation for sex trafficking against Ghislaine Maxwell and his estate.

  At the end of 2021 Maxwell was found guilty on five of six criminal courts. Inner City Press book "Maximum Maxwell," here.

On February 14, 2024 Jane Does sued the FBI for inaction on Epstein, in a U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York civil lawsuit that cites the questioning of Director Wray in the US Senate. Complaint and more on Patreon here

On April 30 the assigned District Judge Mary Kay Vykocil denied the motion to proceed anonymously: "OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION TO PROCEED ANONYMOUSLY re: [4] MOTION PLAINTIFFS MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED ANONYMOUSLY PURSUANT TO FRCP RULE 10(a) re: [1] Complaint, . filed by Jane Doe 12, Jane Doe 8, Jane Doe 2, Jane Doe 9, Jane Doe 1, Jane Doe 7, Jane Doe 6, Jane Doe 3, Jane Doe 4, Jane Doe 11, Jane Doe 10, Jane Doe 5. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs' motion to proceed anonymously is DENIED without prejudice. On or before May 20, 2024, Plaintiffs shall file an Amended Complaint properly suing in the names of the individual Plaintiffs. (Signed by Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil on 4/30/2024)
