Exclusive,
June 17 – An OnlyFans content
creator named Ekaterina Lisina
filed a Digital Millennium
Copyright Act subpoena against
Discord and its "Tall Woman
Appreciation Club" server on
June 17 in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York, where
Inner City Press which closely
covers the SDNY found
it.
Lisana asserts
under oath that while "my
subscribers can purchase my
social media content on
OnlyFans for a flat fee,"
infringing parties took her
content and reposted it on
Discord without her permission
for financial gain.
A
subpoena is sought for the
identities of, among others,
"mistersnickerdoodle" and
"Charlie
Brown." The
case is Lisina v. Discord,
24-mc-279 (Unassigned)
