SDNY MAG COURT EXCLUSIVE, Oct 18 -  In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on October 18, three bond proceedings were held by Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn. Inner City Press was there, the only media in the Mag Court.

The three defendants, presented together, were all charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud and access device fraud. They were arrested (much) earlier in the day, at 4:15 am and 6 am.

The first listed defendant, Mr. Zang, had a Chinese interpreter. All three were ordered released on $100,000 bond with three co-signers in two weeks. One of the defendants is permitted to travel to New Jersey to meet with this CJA lawyer. The next day is November 17.

The case is US v. Zang, et al., 22-mj-8263 (Netburn)
