SDNY WHITE PLAINS MAG COURT, Jan 27 -  In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in White Plains on January 26, a detention or bond proceeding was set by Magistrate Judge Andrew E. Krause on a man arrested with four ounces of crack in Newburgh.

Newburgh Police Department officers arrested Moore on a warrang and found four ounces of crack. He said he sold it in the area of William Street and Benkard Street in Newburgh, carrying a gun for his protection.

Yarde got a CJA lawyer and was detained on consent; the preliminary hearing is set for February 22 if the case is not indicted by then.
