SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 28 – Armany Guzman, Daniel
McIntosh and Jameik Evans are
charged with conspiracy to
commit bank fraud, using
checks stolen from the
mail.
On April 8, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Victor Marrero held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Marrero agreed to give the
defendants more time to
finalize surety issues with
regards to their bail. He set
a next conference for July 15.
He inquired
into two defendants being
represented by a father and
son.
That one
has an office in Brooklyn and
the other in Queens seemed to
resolve the conflict issue.
Jump cut to
November 28, 2023 - the US is
asking for Armany Guzman to be
sentenced within the 21 to 27
month Adjusted Guidelines.
The case is US v.
Guzman, et al., 22-cr-174
