SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 14 – Frank Fontana is a
former weightlifter who pled
guilty to distributing the
steroids testosterone and
nandrolone.
He was sentenced
on September 14, 2023 before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Chief Judge Laura Taylor
Swain. Inner City Press was
there.
Chief
Judge Swain called the conduct
serious -- packaging for the
drugs and $175,000 in cash
were found in Fontana's
residence -- but also cited
his work, his charity, and his
hardships.
Fontana's sentencing memo
recounts that "in 2017, Frank
married Kristina Name

memo on PACER],
now 37. They have a son, A.F.,
10. Subsequent to their
marriage, Frank learned that
Kristina was a prolific adult
film actress who has hundreds
of pornographic images and
videos readily available on
the internet. Frank and
Kristina divorced in 2021 as a
result of the shame and
embarrassment caused to Frank
and his family from Kristina's
former career as an adult
actress. Kristina currently
resides in Wellington,
Florida."
He
was sentenced to three years
probation, forfeiture - and a
$50,000 fine.
The case
is US v. Fontana, 21-cr-371
(Swain)
