Man Arrested for Kilo of

Jan 31 – Julian Lopez was
arrested in connection with
one kilo of cocaine in a Bronx
parking lot.
On January 31 he
was presented in U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrates Court and
detained. Inner City Press was
there, the only media in the
SDNY Mag Court.
The
complaint describes Lopez'
grey 2017 Dodge Caravan and a
"powdered substance in the Red
and White Bag.
The case was
cracked by a drug dog, K9
Liberty, acquired by the
Westchester County Police in
October 2020, with many
degrees since.
Lopez was
detained on consent, while his
co-defendant got out on
$75,000 bond.
The case is US v.
Lopez, 24-mj-399 (Lehrburger)
