Person in MDC Is Free on Bail in

Feb 2 – Mariah Gonzalez is
charged with filming herself
providing oral sex to her own
son - three years old - and
sending the video to person
incarcerated in the MDC
Brooklyn jail.
On
February 2 Mariah Gonzalez was
brought before U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger. Inner City Press
was there, the only media in
the SDNY Mag court.
The AUSA
had agreed Gonzalez should be
released on $100,000 bond, to
live apart from her son. He
added that NYC ACS would be
involved.
The complaint
references an unnamed person
in MDC. Inner City Press has
covered the case of Johnny
Roman - and the women given
sentences that many, including
a victim's family who came to
the Mag court - found too
light.
Here, the
victim is the accused's own
son.
