SDNY
COURTHOUSE,
April 22 – A man arrested in
The Bronx and charged with
buying three guns in
Pennsylvania, two of them with
obliterated serial numbers,
was presented on April 17
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Gabriel
W. Gorenstein. Inner City
Press was there, the only
media in the SDNY Mag court.
The AUSA
said the defendant is from
Grenada, and the complaint
says he was also arrested in
Grenada with a gun in January
2023.
Judge
Gorenstein ruled that he could
be released, on $50,000
personal recognizance bond
co-signed by two financially
responsible people with travel
limited to the five
boroughs.
The case is
USA v. St. Louis, 1:25-mj-1264
(Gorenstein)
