Pace University Is Sued For Discrimination As Critical Race Prof Is Removed Now Amending

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell book

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Jan 9 – Wendy Harte worked at Pace University, and sued the university for racial discrimination.

On January 9, 2023 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Andrew L. Carter held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Harte says when she taught, on Zoom, a class in Critical Race and Ethnic Studies, she was subject to hostile conduct. When she complained, she was removed.

Judge Carter gave Harte until February 15 to file a second amended complaint.

By February 28, Pace is to inform the court if it intends to move to dismiss, and if so, propose a motion schedule.

The case is Harte v. Pace University et al., 22-cv-3820 (Carter)
