As Pantheon Properties Sues For Diversion of Funds Forced Porn Watching Alleged in Limine

by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack

SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 16 – Pantheon Property says it was defrauded by Johnathen Houston and his JM Consulting Firm, misdirecting Pantheon's checks.

On May 16, 2023, the case was on trial before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Andrew L. Carter. Inner City Press was there and covered it.

On the screen for the jury were a series of checks and spreadsheets. Judge Carter repeated - and correctly - asked for questions to be rephrased.

In the docket, among the motions in limine, is an email chain about "the forced porn watching."

The case is   Pantheon Properties, Inc. v. Houston, et al., 20-cv-3241 (Carter)
