June 1 – Enrico
McDonald was
convicted in
2021 of being
a felon in
possession of
a firearm.
In
May 2023 he
was rearrested
in Tennessee,
then airlifted
up to New
York.
A bail or jail
proceeding was
held on June 1
before U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York
Magistrate
Judge
Katharine H.
Parker. Inner
City Press was
there.
McDonald
was in the
yellow prison
jump suit of
the Essex
County
Correctional
Facility. But
he is still
technically in
the custody of
Tennessee, and
so consented
to detention.
He
is next set to
appear before
District Judge
Analisa Torres
on June 27 at
10:30 am.
