There
are many
corrupt
agencies in
the UN system;
UNIDO is among
them.
And
now, under
German
Director
General Gerd
Müller, it has
a Berlin
office - for
patronage.
Müller got the
post of
Managing
Director for
the former BMZ
department
head Gunther
Beger –
directly under
Müller. It's a
decision that
has surprised
many. Two
Germans at
such a high
level in an
international
organization
are considered
unusual. The
previously
represented
South
Americans were
left
behind.
Now left
behind are
civil society
and non bought
in media, as
"the General
Conference is
the highest
policymaking
organ of
UNIDO. The
twentieth
session of the
General
Conference
(GC.20) will
be held from
27 November to
1 December
2023. It will
be hosted in
the UNIDO
headquarters
in Vienna" -
in a UN system
with Press
banned.
This is how it
works, or
doesn't, in
the corrupt UN

all from his

or a

nor from his
