FEDERAL
COURTHOUSE, March 18 – Pras
Michel faces trial starting
March 27 on charges of working
for Jho Low to lobby the Obama
then Trump administrations.
He also met with
China about Guo Wengui / Miles
Kwok, detained last week along
with his chief of staff Yvette
Wang on fraud charges - Inner
City Press story here,

Jho Low book here.
Michel,
formally Prakazrel Michel, has
subpoenaed Obama, Bill
Clinton, Rudy Giuliani and
Chris Christie.
Eliot Broidy, since pardoned,
and ex DOJ attorney George
Higginbotham and businesswoman
Nickie Lum Davis all pled out
in the case. But Pras Michel
is going to trial, later this
month.
On
March 17 Michel's counsel
David Kenner updated U.S.
District Court for the
District of Columbia Judge
Colleen Kollar-Kotelly about
service:
"Governor Chris
Christie has been served. 2.
As of yesterday, President
William J. Clinton has been
attempted and an individual
named 'Chris' has responded to
calls saying that 'she is not
authorized to accept service
for the former president.' It
is unclear whether that
individual is an attorney.
3. As of
yesterday, Rudolph Giuliani
has been attempted as well as
attempts to serve his attorney
who refused to accept service
on his behalf.
4. Counsel have
been waiting to file this
notice because the process
server has been in-flight for
the past 3-4 hours and will be
providing the most updated
status to counsel by 5:45PM ET
at which point, defense will
provide additional updates
with respect to former
President Clinton and Mr.
Giuliani."
